Within our INSEAD Asia Campus located at the One-North district in Singapore, we have an in-house hotel, Residences. INSEAD’s Residences has 133 rooms and they are mainly catered for short stays for our Executive Education and Executive Degree participants as well as visiting staff and faculty.
We are hiring for a Front Desk Executives (full time and permanent position) to join INSEAD’s Residences to provide quality services to our guests during their stay. The role will involve handling the activities of the Residences Front Office. Responsibilities will include handling guests’ reservations, registration, guest services, maintenance, and settlement of guests’ accounts at the Residence Front Office.
