We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to support our branch operations and deliver excellent service to our clients. The role involves front desk responsibilities, customer care, administrative tasks, and coordination to ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and functions.
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries and issues, providing accurate, appropriate, and timely responses to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Handle all incoming calls professionally, including call routing and message-taking.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services, products, and pricing.
  • Monitor daily appointment bookings to ensure smooth outlet operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
  • Perform customer registration, financial billing, and cashiering duties.
  • Address customers’ pre- and post-consultation enquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk area.
  • Monitor and manage inventory; arrange purchase of outlet-use stock as needed.
  • Administer, record, and maintain customer records and files.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to support service quality and customer retention.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the clinic.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
