🏊♀️ Front Desk Executive (Part-Time)

Location: Various centres (including Sengkang, Centropod@Changi, Buona Vista, Yishun and Bukit Timah)

About the Role

Sports Schooling is looking for friendly, organised, and proactive Front Desk Executives to join our team!

As the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming experience at our centres. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with families and children in a dynamic, sports and education environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with professionalism and care
  • Handle class check-ins, attendance, and registration processes
  • Provide information about programmes, schedules, and promotions
  • Support coaches and management in daily operations (including handling enquiries and simple admin tasks)
  • Ensure the front-of-house area is tidy, safe, and presentable at all times
  • Assist with ad-hoc centre events, camps, and open houses
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or education centres preferred (but not required)
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus
  • Comfortable using digital systems for registration and scheduling
Work Schedule
  • Part-time position (Weekday afternoons or full weekends)
  • Minimum commitment: 2–3 shifts per week
  • Training provided
