Maintain a professional and tidy front desk, and office equipment/supplies (pantry, stationery). Manage mail, postage, and courier services.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings. Provide backup administrative assistance and support other departments as needed.
Manage general staff email communications and announcements.
