This position is located at Terror Club & Cafe Lah, Naval Support Activity Singapore. The incumbent will independently manage front counter operations, perform sales transactions, and provide customer service in accordance with prescribed practices and general directions.

Duties include taking orders, serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety and housekeeping rules. Qualifications include at least a GCE N-Level certificate, 3 months of general experience or equivalent,

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
• Familiar with currency and negotiability requirements.
• Ability to operate a cash register.

Aufgaben

• Complete sales transactions and operate a cash register.
• Maintain change fund and account for sales.
• Complete daily activity report (DAR) at end of shift.
• Provide customer service and assist with product inquiries.
• Ensure work areas and surfaces are cleaned and organized.
• Take food orders and may serve alcoholic beverages as required.
• Follow safety, security, and housekeeping rules.
