THRIVE ORGANIZATION PTE. LTD. is growing its in-person sales team in Singapore, welcoming fresh graduates and career switchers to gain hands-on experience through events and roadshows.

You’ll get coaching and the chance to grow with a team that values proactive engagement and customer interaction. Learn about client products, refine your pitch, engage customers, and aim for sales targets while developing communication, service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn about clients’ products, practise your pitch with the team, then put it into action—engaging customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
• Build brand awareness, work towards sales targets and develop your communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• As you gain experience, you may take on more responsibility in campaign coordination and territory planning.
