About the role

We are a Singapore-based International freight forwarding & logistics company looking for a motivated Freight Operations Executive to support daily air & sea freight operations.

This role works closely with management and is suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of freight forwarding experience who are looking for broader exposure and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create shipment and job records in Logitude or similar freight system


• Prepare shipping and customs-related documents (BL, invoice, packing list, permit support)


• Follow up shipment status with overseas agents, carriers and customers


• Coordinate daily operational matters with internal and external parties


• Support quotation process (rate request and data entry only)

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shipping or international freight forwarding in Singapore


• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience


• Exposure to air and/or sea freight operations


• Familiar with freight systems (Logitude / CargoWise / similar)


• Comfortable with English email communication


• Responsible, organised and willing to learn


• Strong command of English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written)


• Good communication and coordination skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently


• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset


• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
