This role offers autonomy, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to work on high-end interior design and renovation briefs. You will handle inquiries, develop space plans, present mood boards, estimate costs, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design and/or sales.
• Strong design conceptualisation and client-facing capabilities.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and convert leads into projects.
• Perform space planning, concept development, and design conceptualisation.
• Provide consultation on renovation works and costing based on client requirements.
• Prepare quotations and design presentations (mood boards, materials).
• Manage client relationships from initial consultation through to project completion.
• Coordinate and supervise projects, including contractors and vendors.
• Ensure quality delivery while managing multiple projects concurrently.
