We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to partner with us. We have a fantastic, unique product, and we need someone who can help us get it in front of the right corporate clients.

The Role

We are seeking a highly self-motivated and results-driven Freelance B2B Sales Executive to join us on a commission-only basis.

This role is all about the "hunt." You will be our champion in the market, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals for our corporate gifting and team‑building services.

This is a part-time, flexible position. You set your own schedule and work independently. It is perfectly suited for an experienced sales professional who is confident in their ability to generate sales, perhaps looking to supplement their income by leveraging their existing corporate network, and is comfortable with a purely performance-based reward structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, research, and prospect new B2B clients (e.g., HR departments, Marketing teams, EAs, corporate event planners).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hunt for and secure new accounts.
  • Initiate contact, build rapport, and present compelling pitches for our corporate gifting and team-building services.
  • Nurture leads and manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal.Understand client needs deeply and to tailor proposals and solutions.
  • Maintain your own sales activity records and provide regular updates on your pipeline.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
  • This role is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only.
  • Crucial: You must be comfortable and motivated by a 100% commission-only compensation scheme. There is no base salary for this position.
  • Proven and demonstrable track record in B2B sales, with a strong "hunter" mentality and experience in closing new business.
  • Existing experience and/or a strong professional network in the corporate gifting, events, or team-building/HR sectors is highly advantageous.
  • An exceptional self-starter. You must be tenacious, self-motivated, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills – you must be a natural relationship-builder.
