Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking independent and results-driven Freelance Recruitment Consultants to support our recruitment business on a non-exclusive, commission-only basis.

This role is suitable for experienced recruiters or sales professionals who are comfortable working independently and managing their own client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop new clients independently
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
• Manage the recruitment process from client engagement to successful placement
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates
• Maintain professional and compliant recruitment practices in accordance with MOM guidelines

Requirements

• CEI Basic Certificate (mandatory)
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or HR is preferred
• Ability to generate and expand own client base independently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

Remuneration

• Commission-based only (no basic salary)
• High commission structure
• No income cap; earnings are performance-based
