✨ About The Role

As a Freelance Recruiterwith Career Story, your primary focus will be sourcing qualified candidates for the roles we assign.

You will not be required to handle business development, client management, or office reporting.

We handle all client-facing activities — you simply help us identify great talent.

We value transparency. This is a commission-only role, meaning payment is made only when a candidate you sourced is successfully placed AND the client has completed the placement payment.

This ensures fair reward for real results — and unlimited earning potential for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for assigned job roles.
• Submit a minimum of 2 candidates per day (Monday–Friday).
• Maintain timely communication — respond within 12 hours for all coordination.
• Attend 2–3 alignment meetings per week (online or in-person) to review sourcing direction and candidate pipeline.
• Ensure candidate information is accurate, updated, and aligned with client requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

📌 Minimum KPIs

To ensure alignment and productivity, freelancers are expected to meet:

• Minimum 1 candidate submission per working day
• Responsiveness within 12 hours
• Participation in 2–3 weekly alignment sessions
• Quality sourcing that aligns with job requirements (low mismatch rate)

💼 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related function.
• Must be CEI-Certified
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, Jobstreet, Indeed, or industry networks.
• Able to work independently and manage your own time.
• Good communication skills — clear, responsive, and professional.
• Must be based in Singapore (no need to report to office, but occasional meet‑ups required).
• Ability to meet submission frequency and response timeline.
• Comfortable working in a commission-only arrangement.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
