About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Freelance Recruiters to support our agency’s expanding client portfolio. This is a 360° recruitment role, ideal for professionals who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through candidate placement in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requisitions
  • Handle full-cycle hiring: job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and placement
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and shortlist qualified profiles
  • Coordinate and manage client and candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a 360° recruitment role within a staffing or recruitment agency
  • Ability to manage both client-facing responsibilities and candidate delivery
  • Existing client relationships or active candidate network
  • Experience handling multiple open roles across different clients simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
