Location: Island-wide

Ranges from $10 - $40 for each successful completed survey, depending on the length of interview/projects.

Completion bonus for committed and hard-working interviewers (on selective projects)

Job Scope

Conduct Face to Face Interview/survey.

Fieldwork interviewer / surveyor

• Must be flexible to work during evening, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Must be highly committed and physically fit for outdoor (Door-to-Door / Street Intercep), willing to travel around Singapore.
• Proactive to approach respondents to conduct the survey
• Survey is conducted face to face using a tablet to collect timely feedback from respondents
• Ensure accurate input of respondents’ response into the system
• Handle respondents’ queries and feedback in a customer-service-oriented manner.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in quota management, paperwork, and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely manner.

Job requirements and expectations

• Only Singaporeans and PRs may apply
• Minimum education level: GCE "N'' Level
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Past experience in field interviewing or surveys is preferred
• Proficient in using tablets (all surveys are conducted digitally).
• Preferably bilingual in English and at least 1 other language (eg. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Tamil and etc)
