Job summary

• Pre-on-board employer job coach training and workplace support setup.
• Conduct pre Internship/Employment training onsite visits and support including ad-hoc emergency workplace support.
• Provide employment training for graduates and employment support training for employers.

We are seeking dedicated Freelance Job Coaches to support students with special needs in securing and sustaining meaningful internships and employment. This role requires commitment and responsiveness, including emergency on-site support when needed.

Pay: $25/hour

Location: Online + Onsite at Schools

Job Scope Includes:

Onsite Coaching Commitment:

• Previous experience as a job coach is a bonus

• $400 Per successful placement
