Job Duties
  • Handle daily admin and front desk duties
  • Handle enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors
  • Arrange class schedules and feedback for parents, students and tutors
  • Arrange invoicing and payments
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales
  • Assist in marketing content curation for above and below the line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, Tik Tok, Videos, Website, Brochures, Wechat, Xiaohongshu)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Command of Korean and Japanese are welcomed as well) as some customers only speak these languages

Additional Details
  • Working Days: 2 weekdays per week
  • Working Hours: 10am to 7pm
  • Salary: $15/hour. Additional performance and team bonuses apply for each new student onboarded.
