About Limitless

We are a charity and Institute of Public Character (IPC) providing accessible mental health treatment and support to youths between 12-25 who struggle with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, or suicidality. Since 2017, Limitless has supported over 4000 youths in Singapore, from intake to recovery. We also conduct outreach, public education, and mental health programmes for youths and adults.

About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Associate Mental Health Trainer who can conduct mental health related workshops for Secondary School students. Please apply if you meet the requirements below:

  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting workshops for secondary school students
  • Minimum degree in either psychology, counselling, social work or related field
  • Able to deliver topics such as mental health disorders, conflict resolution, empathy, and peer support.
  • Able to consult with students on mental health related roleplays, case studies, and projects
  • Able to travel to different schools around Singapore to conduct workshops
  • MOE registered
  • Manage a class of up to 40 students alone
  • Able to work within school hours on weekdays (7:30am-5pm)

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.

Trainer Rate: $60 - $80 per hour, determined based on seniority.

Probation Rate (for the first deployed session): $40 per hour

Understudy Rate (for induction and onboarding session): $15 per hour
