Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a franchise development professional in Singapore to drive recruitment of new franchisees and support existing partners. You will review training, run presentations, and handle inquiries to expand our franchise network in 2026.

The role also covers advisory work on expansion plans, financial performance oversight, and contributing to monthly reports and annual budgeting. A strong analytical mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in relevant industries/ field
• Possess Tertiary Education preferably in Business related
• Structured and analytical
• Numeric and possess commercial sense
• Good communications skills (written and spoken)
• Positive working attitude and solutions driven
• Able to work well with all department internally and externally
• Proficient in business presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and communicationsskills

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, interview, onboarding and store selection of new franchisees
• Review franchisees are adequately trained and equipped to operate franchisee stores with profitability
• Conduct presentations on Franchising to the public
• Handle public inquiries on franchise related matters
• Provide advisory and consultancy on expansion plan for assigned portfolio of franchisees
• Oversee financial and contractual inquiries and feedback
• Support operations and franchisees on financial development and performance
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with franchisees
• Regular store visits and engagement sessions
• Execute departmental strategic goals and track metrics
• Provide analysis and financial projections on store finances and viability
• Support monthly management reporting and annual budgeting
• Update and maintain franchisee financial dashboards
• Collaborate with Finance Shared Service for timely collections
• Event management (e.g., CNY), franchisee engagement sessions
• Enhance and create new franchise models
• Other duties as assigned

The Role

7-Eleven franchise department oversees the recruitment of new franchisees, franchising of stores, expansion and renewal of current franchisees. This position is recruited to support the department’s key objective to expand new franchisee base and to franchise more new stores in 2026.

Recruitment of New Franchisees

• Recruitment, interview, and onboarding and store selection of new franchisees
• To review franchisees are adequately trained and equipped to operate the franchisee stores with maximum profitability
• To conduct presentation on Franchising to public
• Handles public enquires on franchise related matters

Supporting Current Franchisees

• Provide advisory and consultancy on expansion plan with assigned portfolio of franchisees
• Professionally handle financial and contractual enquiries and feedback
• Oversees and provide support to operations and franchisees on their financial development and operational performance
• Maintain and develop strong professional relationship with Franchisees
• Regular store visit and engagement sessions

Management Reporting and Analysis

• Execute departmental strategic goals, track and evaluate matrixs
• Provide analysis and financial projections on stores financial and franchise viability
• Supports department’s monthly management reporting and annual budgeting exercise
• Updating and maintenance of existing franchisee financial performance dashboard
• Work closely with Finance Shared Service to ensure timely collections of franchise related payments

On Request and Ad Hoc Basis

• Event Management – CNY, Franchisee Engagement Sessions
• Enhance existing Franchise models and create new franchise models
• Other duties as assigned
