Job Summary
As an FPSO E-house Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site activities related to theconstruction, installation, and commissioning of E-houses on FPSO vessels. Your role will involve ensuring the highest safety standards, efficient project execution, and effective coordination among teams, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities related to FPSO E-house construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Act as single point site contact for customer, module fabricator and coordinate with other customer contractors for field interfaces.
- Supervise Field Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project schedules andquality standards.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee workmanship meets projectspecifications.
- Ensure site personnel have adequate resources (Manpower, Tools, PPE, Consumables, Documentation,Facilities, and others) to perform their tasks.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and procurement to resolve issues and optimize project efficiency.
- Identify opportunities and work closely with Project Manager for additional claims.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered to the site in a timely manner and meet projectrequirements.
- Co-ordinate for receipt of Materials at site, Inspect and Report Non-Conformities if any.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction personnel, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Represent and Lead Customer site meeting rhythms, maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and cost tracking.
- Assist Engineering Teams for preparation of As-Built, Coordinate with responsible for closer of Punch Listand work closely with Project Manager to obtain Handover Certificates fromcustomers.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork throughout the project duration.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Essential to have valid Shipyard Safety Supervisor Certification
- Essential to have 15+ years as a Site Manager on FPSO E-house module construction projects and familiar with Petrobras requirement.
- Essential to have knowledge of electrical systems, offshore construction practices, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Proficiency in English and local language.
