Our client, a prominent multinational corporation in the F&B sector, is currently seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst/Manager to join their team.

About the job

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for monitoring the company's financial performance, analyzing business outcomes, and assessing market conditions to create forecasts that support senior management in strategic and tactical decision‑making. Your key duties will include leading the financial planning processes, analyzing business drivers, assisting in the preparation of business updates for senior leadership, and helping department heads with data‑driven decision‑making. The role also requires identifying process improvements, developing reports and dashboards, preparing technical reports, supporting capital budgeting, assisting with accounting tasks, and conducting variance analysis to suggest operational enhancements. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, able to synthesize data into a broader perspective, and possess a strong command of Excel to work independently in this Excel‑driven business environment.

Skills and experience required

A recognised degree in accounting or ACCA or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience ideally coming from consumer related MNCs. Candidates with past experience in consumer related industries would be highly advantageous.
