Key Responsibilities
The role serves as a strategic finance partner to our multi-brand portfolio, driving performance management, financial discipline, and data-driven decision-making. This position leads end-to-end planning cycles, elevates brand/store performance insights, demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across cross- functional teams, and partners with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities in an evolving and highly dynamic business environment.
- Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Monthly Forecasts across brands and outlets
- Prepare standardized planning templates and implement store-level budgeting discipline and consolidate inputs for Sales, GP, Labor, OPEX & CAPEX
- Strategic business partner by working closely with key stakeholders to drive business performance and process efficiency
- Prepare Monthly P&L performance review by brand and store, analyze P&L variances vs Budget/Forecast and explain drivers (traffic, average check, menu mix, cost efficiency, wastage, promos)
- Track product sales mix, promo impact, cannibalization and contribution margins.
- Partner closely with Brand Managers and Operations Leaders to drive financial accountability at store level.
- Improve data accuracy from POS, ERP and inventory systems (align invoicing, transfers, wastage entries).
- Enhance reporting with dashboard automation (Power BI / Tableau / Excel-based reporting)
- Support project assigned by management and work with different functional teams, including IT, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and external business partners.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or related disciplines with 4 to 7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in F&B, Retail or FMCG.
- Collaborative working style, proactive attitude, with the ability to build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset, confident communicator, able to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office & D365. Experience in BI, dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) will be an added advantage
