Job summary

Mapletree invites enthusiastic undergraduates to join its Internship Programme in the Financial Planning & Analysis Team in Singapore from January 2027 to June 2027.

You will assist in monthly and quarterly forecasting, EVA work, analyse industry peers’ KPIs, and help prepare financial highlights for results presentations and the annual report, while gaining hands-on experience in data cleanup and system enhancements.

This is a full-time internship with a learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly and quarterly forecasting, preparation of EVA works.
• Assist in analyzing industry peers' KPIs.
• Support data preparation and cleansing for the roll-out of new system or process improvement.
• Assist in preparation of financial highlights for results presentation and annual report.
• Support any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
