Job summary

A global manufacturing leader in Singapore is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis functions. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant experience, particularly in manufacturing or industrial sectors, and will be skilled in financial modelling and stakeholder management. Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and revenue analysis, financial modelling, and business partnering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A function focused on sales and revenue performance across regional business units.
  • Partner closely with commercial and supply chain teams to analyze product profitability, pricing, and margin trends.
  • Develop forecasting models and business performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, sales variance analyses, and commentary for senior leadership.
  • Support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning cycles.
  • Drive process improvements in financial planning systems and ensure compliance with global reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the FP&A function focused on sales and revenue performance across regional business units.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP (or equivalent ERP); experience with BI tools is an advantage.
