Job summary

RICHEMONT LUXURY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst/Executive to join the SEAO finance team in Singapore. This role supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and provides insights to drive business decisions across the region.

You will consolidate reports, assist in month-end close, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve FP&A processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in budgeting, reporting, or FP&A and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business.
• At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, FP&A, or finance operations.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); familiarity with SAP, BI, Looker.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and consolidate monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Support annual budget planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Consolidate budget submissions from various business units and liaise with stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Prepare financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
