Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Senior: 8+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Junior: 3-5 years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial tools, Power BI, Tableau
• Fluent in Korean and English (read, speak, and write) to communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to work independently
