About This Role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Intern at Cialfo will support the finance team in delivering data-driven insights and strategies that steer key business decisions. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to work on financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting in a fast-paced, global edtech environment. This is a full-time internship based in Singapore, designed to align with your academic calendar. What You Will Be Doing

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.

Strategic Contributions:

• Help develop financial dashboards and tools for real-time decision-making.
• Support ad hoc projects, including evaluating business opportunities or market expansion strategies.

Growth Opportunities:

• Gain exposure to global financial operations in a dynamic and fast-growing edtech company.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from the VP of Finance and senior finance professionals.

Qualifications

Education:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Recent graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience through internships or academic projects in finance, accounting, or data analysis is advantageous.
• Fundamental understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
