Job summary

EDB Singapore's Singapore Global Network (SGN) is seeking a Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead the end-to-end design of a new community platform. You will craft user journeys, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile experiences, starting from the website redesign.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio showing shipped products.
• Experience building or scaling design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar platforms.
• Strong research and interaction design skills.
• Systems thinking across multiple touchpoints.
• Understanding WCAG accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design of SGN’s new community platform.
• Design intuitive user journeys, IA, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Build and maintain SGN’s design system and documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing colleagues.
• Define digital design standards and contribute to roadmap.
• Mentor and guide junior designers.
