Job summary

newbridge alliance pte. ltd. is building an AI-native data infrastructure platform from the ground up. We are hiring a Head of Data Science to be the founding data science leader—a player-coach with deep technical depth and a bias for shipping.

You will own the data science charter end-to-end: from architecture and use-cases to building the first team and deploying AI-native capabilities that anchor the platform. You will work closely with Founders, C-suite and Engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Science / Applied ML with at least 3+ years leading teams or as a senior Tech Lead.
• Proven track record shipping ML/GenAI products from concept to production.
• Experience building or scaling a data platform or AI infra product is a major plus (B2B SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Define and own data science vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-native data infra platform.
• Hire, mentor, and scale a high-caliber team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Lead the design of production-grade ML/GenAI systems embedded in the data stack.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices, governance, and observability.
