Job summary

CARGOCOVE CFS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking warehouse staff to operate a forklift for loading and unloading cargo, and to verify quantities, markings, and packaging in line with documents. You will shift cargo on pallets or crates, optimise the warehouse layout, and perform general housekeeping to keep the area safe and efficient.

The role requires prompt, diligent work in a busy distribution environment with adherence to safety procedures and the ability to perform ad hoc tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklift in a safe manner to perform loading & unloading of cargoes.
• Checking and tally the cargoes' quantity, marking & packaging per documents before releasing & accepting cargoes to / from transporters.
• Shifting of cargoes packed on pallets or in crates, to ensure cargoes are stored and kept in the safe manner and optimising the warehouse space.
• General warehousing work and housekeeping duties.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.
