Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, unload and organize materials, and ensure safe, efficient handling of goods. The role requires physical work, daily forklift operation (license advantageous), and adherence to safety regulations.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:45pm, five-day week with gross-up salary of SGD 3,000 and AWS/allowances provided. Applicants with a forklift license will have an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is an advantage.
• Ability to receive and unload materials safely.
• Capable of handling physical work and manual carton.
• Adherence to safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming materials and goods, arranging them in designated storage areas.
• Move and organize products onto pallets or crates for storage and distribution purposes.
• Check for damaged items and report any shortages or quality issues promptly.
• Deliver raw materials to production stations as required.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety and identify repair needs.
• Adhere to company procedures, workplace regulations, and safety standards.
• Support the upkeep of a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Efficiently transfer picked and unloaded goods within limited warehouse space while ensuring proper product segregation.
