Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English and ability to read and understand packing documents.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).
• Experience in packing/warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills for cargo dimension calculations.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Pack and packagings per requirements.
• Read packing lists, delivery orders, and shipping documents.
• Calculate cargo dimensions, volume and measurements for shipments.
• Monitor packaging material stock and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for daily operations.
• Maintain records and reports using computer systems.
• Operate forklift for loading, unloading and movement of goods.
• Maintain housekeeping and workplace safety.
