Job summary

IKEA Singapore is seeking an Associate to assist in the Goods Flow operations, ensuring the highest product availability for customers. You will work with IKEA systems and equipment to maintain stock accuracy and support lean, cost-conscious processes.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics, forklift certification, and strong time-management and attention to detail. You will be part of a collaborative team, with flexibility to adapt to changing daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Interest in home furnishing and IKEA product range.
• Forklift certification or related forklift skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably retail.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize and organize tasks.
• Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Fast learner who asks questions when unclear.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changes in daily tasks.
• Enjoys working in a team but can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment to maximise stock accuracy and product availability for customers.
• Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operations in assigned processes in a lean, simple, cost-conscious way.
• Contribute to the Goods Flow Team goals and participate in team goal-setting.
• Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and assist colleagues to prevent incidents.
