Job summary

EY is seeking an Intern in Assurance, Forensic - Fraud & Investigation in Singapore for Jan–June 2027. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering forensic accounting projects, data analysis and client advisory work.

You will gain hands-on experience across fraud investigations, reporting, and engagement with clients and regulators while developing professional skills through structured learning and coaching.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with a strong academic record.
• Strong accounting knowledge and internal controls.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on project tasks.
• Analytical mindset with ability to summarize findings and report clearly.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic accounting investigations and support expert witness services.
• Advise clients on detecting and preventing fraud.
• Work in a team, communicate progress, and inform seniors of issues.
• Prepare working papers, schedules and client reports.
• Develop relationships with client personnel and other parties.
• Stay informed of business developments and their impact on clients.
• Collaborate with forensic technology to leverage tools.
