Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Analyse orders to optimize production scheduling and prioritization.
• Plan and coordinate work based on machine capacity and capabilities.
• Manage manpower allocation, overtime planning, and shift arrangements.
• Coach machinists and arrange necessary training to upgrade skills.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
• Actively participate in HSE activities and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of metal machining processes (turning and milling).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T (a key skill for this role).
• Experience in tooling design/selection, part set-up, and work-holding.
• Proficient in using common measuring instruments.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Preferably holds NTC2 or Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
