A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual for order and shipment management. Responsibilities include creating system orders, monitoring deliveries, and managing documentation. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field along with good communication skills in English, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. This role requires effective coordination and time management to ensure smooth operations.
– Job Responsibilities
Create system orders and verify order details, product quantities, and pricing.
Monitor order status, confirm delivery progress, and provide timely updates.
Verify that shipping documents match the order details (item name, quantity, specifications, etc.).
Business data management: Maintain customer information, contracts, annual price lists, and payment terms.
Product data maintenance: Update product specifications, item codes, packaging details, and MOQ information.
Sales report updates: Regularly update sales reports, shipment statistics, and customer sales analyses.
System data management: Maintain accuracy of order, pricing, product, and customer information in ERP/CRM systems.
Degree in Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
Basic knowledge of international trade, including order flow, shipment, and documentation is a plus.
Good English reading/writing skills to handle overseas communication.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in cross-functional coordination and time management.
