Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in business planning, analytics, or related fields preferred.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Detail-oriented with basic analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, Power Query).
• Basic understanding of SQL, programming languages like Python, R.
• Knowledge in Robotics Process Automation (RPA), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to assist in generating forecast numbers.
• Participate in the budgeting process by assisting in tracking Attendance, Revenue, and basic operating expenses.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand workflow processes and contribute ideas for improvements.
• Assist in extracting, cleaning, and validating data from various internal and external sources.
• Support data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical inputs.
• Assist in generating regular reports and dashboards, and ensure timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.
• Analyze attendance trends, evaluate campaigns impact, and assess sales performance to facilitate decision-making.
• Manage the development and publication of basic surveys, ensuring data collection compliance.
• Collect and organize survey data, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining data confidentiality.
