About the Role We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate from a top university who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top university
• Proficiency in Flutter/Dart (academic, internship, or personal project experience welcome)
• Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle, RESTful APIs, and UI/UX principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking team members or partners
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Good to Have
