Job description

BECOME A COBBLER at K Shoe & Bags Services in NEX Mall, North-East Region. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and repair support to our clients, ensuring their footwear and accessories are well-cared for and looking their best.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers to the store
• Assessing the repair needs of customer items and providing transparent quotes
• Liaising with the in-house repair team to ensure timely and quality repairs
• Providing updates to customers on the status of their repair requests
• Handling cash and card payments for repair services
• Maintaining a clean and organised retail space
• Supporting the wider retail team as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, ideally within the footwear industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent customer experience
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess repair needs
• Basic numerical skills for handling payments
• A passion for fashion and footwear
• Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
