Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Foot Reflexology & Massage Services
- Perform professional foot reflexology sessions based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) principles.
- Apply correct pressure techniques on reflex zones to promote relaxation, circulation, and overall wellness.
- Provide complementary services such as shoulder massage, head massage, or simple body acupressure when required.
- Assess customer conditions and adjust pressure or techniques according to customer comfort and needs.
2. Customer Care & Service Quality
- Greet customers warmly and create a comfortable, relaxing environment.
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their concerns, pressure preferences, and wellness goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service, politeness, and attentiveness.
- Manage customer feedback professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
3. Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness
- Maintain high standards of hygiene for tools, towels, foot baths, equipment, and treatment rooms.
- Follow company SOPs for sanitization and cleanliness after each session.
- Ensure safe handling of ointments, oils, and herbal products used during treatment.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines during all treatments.
4. Operational & Daily Duties
- Support daily shop operations such as preparing treatment areas, replenishing supplies, and ensuring equipment is in working condition.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, customer flow, and time management.
- Cooperate with colleagues and maintain a positive team environment.
5. Product & Service Knowledge
- Understand the principles of TCM used in reflexology, including meridian lines and pressure points.
- Explain the benefits of treatments to customers professionally and accurately.
- Stay updated on new techniques and training provided by the company.
6. Professional Conduct
- Uphold company standards, grooming guidelines, and service ethics.
- Handle customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in shift schedules.
