A leading player in the Food & Ingredients industry in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager for Food Technologist to support R&D projects. The role includes developing emulsifiers, formulating recipes, and conducting technical support. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and experience in related industries. This position is essential for ongoing transformation projects and requires strong knowledge of bakery ingredients.

Qualifications

  • Perform baking trials, shelf-life testing, and product evaluations.
  • Present products to customers and conduct live demos/seminars.
  • Ensure compliance with food legislation and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
