Job summary

A leading food production company in Singapore is looking for a motivated individual to join as a Production Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, managing a production team, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. They should possess a Nitec or above in Food Science & Technology, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates are expected to multitask effectively and lead with strong communication skills. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Procurement and cost control

  • Experience with ISO 22000

  • Food tasting and testing

  • R & D of new products

  • Liaise with SFA

  • Manage daily production process

  • Lead and manage a team of production workers

  • Ensure product meet the company's quality standards, policies and practices.

  • Has ability to multitask and priorities work efficiently.

  • To comply to safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations

  • Ensure compliance of all raw materials and finished product Maintain hygiene and safety in the workplace. Interest or have food machinery knowledge is a plus point. Other ad-hoc duties such as stock taking.
