Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Food Technologist to support our product development and technical operations. You will work on flavor formulation, application trials, and provide technical support to customers and the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and formulate new flavor products for various F&B applications
  • Conduct product trials and application testing in beverages, bakery, confectionery, dairy and savory products
  • Optimize existing formulations for cost and performance
  • Provide technical support to customers on product applications and usage
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and flavor profiling
  • Troubleshoot customer application issues and recommend solutions
  • Prepare technical documentation including product specifications, TDS and COA
  • Ensure products meet food safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with sales team on customer projects and presentations
  • Conduct stability testing and shelf-life studies
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
  • Keep updated on food industry trends and ingredient innovations
  • Support quality control processes and raw material evaluations

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
  • Experience with flavors, food ingredients or F&B manufacturing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food chemistry and processing techniques
  • Hands-on experience in formulation and lab work
  • Good sensory evaluation and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Good communication skills for customer interactions
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
