Job description

Responsibilities

• Assisting and ensure a smooth daily service operations (opening and closing of outlet, taking orders, table setting, cleaning outlet etc.)
• To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on daily basis.
• To handle the beverages preparation.
• To be familiar with all items on the menu and perform cashiering duties.
• To recommend and promote all items on the menu or specials to guests.
• To take daily inventory and report any loss or damage.
• To handle guest complaints and feedback effectively and communicate to the immediate supervisor for follow up.
• To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment at all times.To clean up section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area.
• Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions
• To perform other related duties as required by outlet manager
• Monthly off days: 6 Off days
