The Food Services Operations Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations, cashiering, customer service, and store-level financial performance. This role ensures smooth service flow, accurate cash handling, and strong operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including customer service, cashiering, and service standards.

  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, POS accuracy, and daily cash reconciliation.

  • Track daily revenue and expenses; support cost control and profitability improvement.

  • Train, supervise, and schedule FOH staff to maintain high service quality.

  • Handle customer inquiries and service recovery.

  • Monitor inventory for FOH consumables and coordinate with suppliers.

  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Prepare daily/weekly operational and financial reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong background with over 10 years experience in F&B operations, preferably in FOH or supervisory roles.

Proven experience managing multiple outlets or multi-store operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Familiar with POS systems and basic store-level financial reporting.
