The Food Services Operations Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations, cashiering, customer service, and store-level financial performance. This role ensures smooth service flow, accurate cash handling, and strong operational efficiency.
Manage front-of-house operations, including customer service, cashiering, and service standards.
Oversee opening/closing procedures, POS accuracy, and daily cash reconciliation.
Track daily revenue and expenses; support cost control and profitability improvement.
Train, supervise, and schedule FOH staff to maintain high service quality.
Handle customer inquiries and service recovery.
Monitor inventory for FOH consumables and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare daily/weekly operational and financial reports.
Strong background with over 10 years experience in F&B operations, preferably in FOH or supervisory roles.
Proven experience managing multiple outlets or multi-store operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Familiar with POS systems and basic store-level financial reporting.
