We are seeking a qualified and experiencedFood Safety & Culinary Trainerto deliverFood Safety Course (FSC) Levels 1 to 4, along with other culinary and food services-related training modules. The role involves classroom and practical training delivery, learner assessment, and compliance with SWDA and SFA requirements.
DeliverFood Safety Course (FSC) Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4in accordance withWSQ and SWDA guidelines
Conduct training for other culinary, food hygiene, and food services-related modules as assigned
Facilitate engaging classroom and practical training sessions for adult learners
Conduct assessments, invigilation, and practical evaluations as per WSQ requirements
Ensureaccuratecompletion of training documentation, attendance, assessments, and reports
Maintain compliance with SWDA, SFA, NEA, and internal quality assurance standards
Support course audits, inspections, and academic reviews whenrequired
Update training materials in line with regulatory or syllabus changes
Providelearner guidance and ensure a safe and effective training environment
Mandatory: Certified to deliver Food Safety Course (FSC) Levels 1–4 in Singapore
Possess relevant SSG-approved Trainer and Assessor (ACTA / DDDLP) qualification
Diploma or Higher level with Food Science related module
Strong industry background in Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, or Food Services operations(Retail orFoodManufacturing).
Prior experience delivering WSQ or FSC courses with a training provider or PEI
Good understanding of SFA food safety regulations and compliance standards
Confident in classroom facilitation and practical training delivery
Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills
Experience handling multiple WSQ modules beyond FSC
Exposure to audits by SWDA,or SFA
Able to teach in Chinese to facilitate Mandarin classes.
