Working Location: Taiseng

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Working Days: 5 Days

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Food QA Executive to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our food quality and safety standards are consistently met across our Central Kitchen and outlets, both locally and overseas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining food safety and quality assurance programmes (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) at the Central Kitchen and retail outlets.
• Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene practices, and proper food handling techniques.
• Support QA testing initiatives and contribute to new product development projects.
• Conduct regular hygiene and quality inspections at the Central Kitchen and outlets.
• Investigate and document customer and internal feedback, and follow through with corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all SOPs across operations.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors on food safety-related maintenance and quality issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science & Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant QA experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
