Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in food-related field.
• 2–3 years QA/QC experience preferred in food manufacturing.
• Familiar with HACCP, GMP and labelling requirements in Singapore.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming raw material inspections.
• Perform in-process and finished product checks.
• Review COAs and product specifications.
• Monitor production processes for deviations.
• Raise NCRs and corrective actions.
• Coordinate microbiological and chemical tests with labs.
• Maintain QA/QC records and documentation.
• Support HACCP and internal/external audits.
• Assist in production trials and new product development.
