A local meat processing company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role focused on preparing and packing high-quality cuts of meat while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role involves operating processing equipment and maintaining a clean work environment. Candidates must be able to lift heavy weights and work in a cold environment. Expected salary and earliest start date should be included in the application.
Prepare and pack high-quality cuts of meat according to customer specifications using company standards and adhering to all safety requirements.
The majority of time will be spent operating processing equipment.
Operation of Meat Processing Equipment
Pack, trim, and customize portions of meat products using knives or other meat production equipment.
Count and stack on the tray portions per customer and company specifications
Label the portion with a supplied number of product labels
Set up the packing and labeling area as required
Perform end-of-day functions
Actively maintain and merchandise the partial cart
Keep the packing area, cutting room, and surrounding area clean and sanitized.
Follow company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain sanitary conditions
Work rotating shift
