Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedule and maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate and provide training to production staff.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Apply corrective actions for shut-downs during critical situations.
• Monitor and maintain manufacturing processes.
• Apply food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve inter-discipline issues.
• Improve operation planning using data analytics.
