  • Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and schedule production staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
  • Operational Efficiency:Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize wastage.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and inventory logs.
