Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food production machines and equipment.
• Prepare, weigh, and load raw materials according to recipes or production schedules.
• Pack, label, and inspect finished RTE food products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Follow hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and workplace safety procedures.
• Complete production records and report machine or product issues to supervisors.
• Assist with stock movement and other production-related tasks.
